Remuneration Committee: schedule of meetings for 2024/25

The primary purpose of this meeting is to:

  • To make decisions on performance awards under the Executive Performance Reward Scheme in respect of the achievement of personal and institutional targets for 2023/24.
  • To agree text for the University Annual Report and Financial Statement for 2023/24.
  • To agree information to be included for the annual update for Council (December 2024).
  • Review schedule of external work by members of the University Executive Board in 2023/24.

25 April 2025

  • To review the information published by other Russell Group institutions on the reward of their Head of Institution, as required by the Office for Students.

10 July 2025

  • To review updated benchmark information on the salaries of members of the University Executive Board and to review the salaries of members of UEB following the schedule agreed by the Committee in July 2024.
